At BOOMERANG INT AB’s www.boomerangstore.com we offer our consumer’s 30 day cancellation rights. Full refund and cancellation is available within this period as long as you have your receipt, the labels are attached and the garment is unworn. When you buy a product you can of course try it on, but the product must return unworn in its original packaging. The shipping cost is on Boomerang International AB. It can take a couple of days from the day that you return or exchange the product until you will get the refund. Underwear garment must be returned in unopened package in order for money back warranty.

If the item is damaged or doesn’t match the product you ordered, you have the chance to reclaim it. Contact our customer service as soon as you discover the problem. First and foremost, we investigate whether it is possible to repair the defect in the product, if it is not possible the item will be replaced for a new equivalent product. If we cannot replace it or fix the defect you will receive your money back. If you wish to withdrawl your agreement regarding the purchase, Boomerang International AB obligates to make a refund to your account or to cancel your invoice. This shall take place within 30 days from the day Boomerang International AB recived your notification.

In the event of a cancelled order and if the package has already left our warehouse, the customer will still be charged with the shipping cost. 

During Sales Boomerang webshop offers the same return and exchange policy as seen above. A receipt is always required for refunds.
