-Wich terms applies when I make a purchase?

 We offer all our customers a 30 days money back-warranty. If you wish to make a refund please return the package to our Webshop Warehouse, namely the sender.

A return form is delivered in your package. Please attach it to the package before sending it.

Furthermore you have to be 18 years or over to make a purchase in the webshop.

Underwear garment must be returned in unopened package in order for money-back warranty.

 

 For the Christmas sales period we have extended the right to exchange and return until the 31st of december from the campaign start the 22nd of december.

-I´d like to make a purchase. When do I get the delivery?

 After your purchase from www. boomerangstore.com you will recive a confirmation letter sent to you current e-mailadress, the one that you stated in the purchase formula.

If you haven´t recieved the confirmation, first of all you need to go through you e-mailsettings.  Make sure that the securityfilter hasn´t stopped the letter.

 

In the case when you still haven´t recieved it, please contact our customer service and we will assist you.

Our deliveries is run by UPS and estimated delivery dates are 3-7 days, weekend days are not included.

 

If you have registered an account in the webshop , you are able to search you package to see the current status.

-I´d like to make a refund or change my order, how do I do?

 

If you want to return your order or parts of it, please return it in the package and make sure to attach the return form on the it. It would be great if you enclose the product with the plastic bag, recieved in the package. Please notice that the product shall be unworn and that the pris-tag stays on.If you want to make a change in your order, first we need to recieve your returned item before we can cancel your invoice or make a refund to your account.

After that , you need to make a new order with the correct product.

-I want to make a card payment, how does it work and which card is validated?

 

Choose between following credit cards:

-American Express

-VISA

-Mastercard

 

You can pay online. Boomerangstore.com is connected to Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode. An identification-window opens  after your card information has been controlled by DIBS. Only affected banks will get in contact with your information that  will be delivered by you in the opened window. When you as a customer has identified yourself the transaction will be made.
